NC (“Licensor”) grants you (“End User”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play this game for personal, non-commercial use. You are not being sold the software; you are being granted permission to use it under the terms of this EULA.
The game, including but not limited to its code, logic, design, artwork, audio, assets, trademarks, and all intellectual property, is owned exclusively by NC. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership to you.
You may not, under any circumstances:
Any violation of these restrictions terminates your license immediately.
All commercial rights remain exclusively with NC. No individual or company may acquire ownership, integrate the game into another product, use the game for business purposes, or publish, distribute, or monetise the game without NC’s explicit written permission and a paid commercial agreement.
NC may update, modify, or discontinue the game at any time without notice. Your license does not guarantee future availability or updates.
NC may revoke this license at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the game.
The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NC does not guarantee performance, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
NC shall not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits, service interruption, or device issues arising from use of the game. Any liability is limited to the amount you paid for access to the game, if any.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
By accessing or playing the game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.
